How does the couch to 5k program work ?

Just follow the directions, if you have an iPhone load the app and it will tell you when to walk and when to run. Also if you don't feel ready to move on to more running it allows you to repeat the same week over as many times as you need. It's a great app, also there's a 10k app too. And I think a half marathon app.

Thank you, I have an android. I download the app. Wasnt sure how it worked. I ahvent got to use it yet.
