I agree..also medical. But I was/am a smoker. I quit Jan 1st. I want to have the energy and breath to exercise after my surgery. Not to mention the healing benefits!

First thing is stop smoking! Im over 36 hrs smoke free. Yay me!

Keep it up! Not easy, but will be way worth it! I'm 27 days so far. Haven't killed anyone yet..maimed maybe, but no deaths. Lol the patch is helping alot.

Thanks for the encouragement!!! Ive been doing well except......... ive been cheating little bits here and there :( its pretty difficult
