here is my take on this thread:
listen to what YOUR own doctor tells you to do-- PERIOD...if you want to know a specific answer, ask your own doctor as you can see, like a**sholes, we all got an opinion...
FYI, mine said to drink up to eating
stop when eating and wait 20-30 after...
and since he is my doctor, this is what i do..
i suggest we all do just that..listen to our own doctors.
these back and forths solve NOTHING

each person is able to choose to listen to their doctors instructions or not...and have at it is all i can say..that is on (them)...i am concerned with ME.....i am doing what works for ME and what MY doctor told ME to do....everyone should also...

I didn't eat any either. I got one lollipop from work and gave it to my.son. it was easy!

I was looking through pictures today and found some from 10 days after surgery. Then took some today. I never really look at my pictures but wow!!!!

I am 5 months out and the hardest thing for me is that something might be easy to eat one day and not so easy the next. Also, sometimes I only eat a few bites of what hubby is having or get a small salad or Soup. Im still learning though.

everyone can buy their insurance now.. before Obama care... my insurance premium through my work is going up alot next year and so are my deductibles and Co pays.. basically we are all now going to pay for everyones insurance who can't afford it. they will get breaks on their premiums. maybe all of the people who think this is so great should actually sit down and figure out how much their rates and Co pays will go up. I figured my sons for 5 months.. and I will pay about 2000 more next year.

and... alot of us have researched it.. including myself and Missy said she read it. we are all not babbling out BS.. we have done the research. my premiums have not gone up each year.. this us the first time in 3 years, but the Co pays and deductibles are now sky high...

every one is going to be paying more for insurance premiums, prescriptions and dr visits with the new Obama care. I figured out for my son this year we paid $900 since May for his dr visits and treatments for scleroderma. I used the chart for my insurance next year and the same visits would have cost 2700... I am really worried. I will never be able to afford his healthcare next year.

yes that's my dog. he is 2. he is great!
I did 5 min on the elliptical this morning. :-) it wasn't too bad.

Ok, I went to the mall today just for the heck of it and went to a sale rack. I asked the salesperson if they had dresses in a size 20 or 22. The sales lady tells me that that there are no plus size dresses in the store. She tells me that dresses only go up to size 18. I said we'll why do they sell plus size tops and pants up to size 6X but no dresses, she didn't know why. Anyway, I go over to a sale rack of size 18 slacks. These slacks were originally $52.00 marked down to $10.98 with 40% off the sale price. Well, even though I hate trying clothes on in the store, I decided at that great price I had to try them on. Well guess what? These front zip, front hook (no elastic waistband!) fit with room to spare! I checked to make sure I was seeing right and that they were really size 18. Yup, they were! I was at my highest weight in a size 28 pants. Oh, and I got a size 1x blouse as well. No more 3x blouse. I still think I'm dreaming lol but the last time I wore a size 18 was way back in the 1970's.
This may seem like a silly post but I still think I'm dreaming! Please wake me up lol! Tell me I'm not
