She sounds like an amazing women. That was awesome for her to do that. I am embarressed to say that I have really never volunteered to do what you do. Though in are first years of marriage we would pick up hitch hikers and give them rides if they looked decent. Or opened our doors to complete strangers that had no place to stay, Their vehicle might have broken down but now with the kids in the house we do not do that anymore. I know my husband still goes out on the weekends and visits at the nearest gas station where quite a few homeless meet. I am sure he buys them dougnuts but I never really ask him.. I am just glad he does it. Well I best be off to bed I am up later than usual tonight.

Ok get this my Mom is waiting for a package from Ebay so she went yesterday and checked my mail.. I told her packages do not come in the mail box, look between the door. So hopefully she is not in my mailbox today.. And that is that I raced home yesterday so I could be there first to look and see if the goodies came. Oh well maybe today or tomorrow I will sit on the curb and wait for the mailman to deliver the goodies.

Wade64 I went through the same thing. I had my surgery 5 months after a girl here at work did and my weight came off alot faster than hers. She has since left this company but when she was here she told everyone who commented on how much I was losing what I did. Keri has a good Idea with the meal replacment bars. I usually use the drinkable yogurt when we are going to be out and about all day.. It's hard, at my brothers house they have alot of the pre football goodies. I could live on Nachos they are my favorite but I try and eat a good meal before going over or at least drink alot of water to cut the room in my pouch.. Let me tell you I try everyday...

I take Nexium for my throat burning problems due to reflux at night. I do not eat or drink anything after 6pm to help control the reflux.. So far it is working
