Happy Banniverary!!!

Hi Dr. Almanza did my lap band over bypass in December, 2012. No regrets I hadn't first fill yesterday , I found a center here in Vegas, the only thing I can say is I would do it again. The staff was great and the dr. To, do keep me posted on your success.

Hey I had my first fill yesterday , really don't have any restrictions yet . Doctor told me to come back next week and he'll add more to my band. Right now I have 3cc in my band, so I'll keep every one posted. Hopefully I'll have more restrictions next week.

Hey just make sure your doing what your doc told you. I wasn't able to work out until 6wks post op. now I exercise 3x a week with a personal trainer, the work out is called TRX, it's like cross training. Very hard but it really works!

Hey you look great! I had not loss any weight in a wk. for three days I ate at each meal 3oz of red meat and ate raw veggies, like cucumbers and lettuce and it kicked my weight loss back up! I lost 7lbs in 3 days so excited .

Hi I start work at 2am, I have a protein shake on my way to work. I take a lunch to work every day. My first snack is 15 almonds at 430a. Than lunch around 7 or 8a, sugar free jello and some protein, and very little starch. I'm off at 10am, I eat a piece of fruit on my drive home. Than around 130pm I have a Greek yogurt. And finally I have diner at 430 or 5p..... And bed at 7p.... Now don't forget about my 45 minute workout too. So im good and tired at 7pm. Good luck to all on this journey. I get my first fill on the 4th of Feb, so wish me luck!

Hi I went to Mexico, I didn't have any problems and they even found things my US drs missed. I would do it again if anyone wants to know. I live in Nv. And no issues getting a dr for fills. I get my first fill on Feb 4, and this office gives me my after care. I used Dr. Almanza.

I had my lapband with dr Almanza Dec. 18, no issues at all. Would do it again.

Hi I had my surgery in Mexico on December 18, with Dr. Almanza. Everything went great, the clinic was very clean and the staff was nice as well. They ran a lot of test and actually found stuff my regular dr in the states missed. So I would do it again and would not change a thing .
