Wow... It's hard to believe that it's been a year. On july 3rd, 2012', my life changed. Sometimes it hasn't been easy but I'm healthier now than I've been in a while.
I've gone from a size 26 to a size 16. I'm down 70 pounds and still losing. Amazing how much things can change in a year.
Lapband has changed my life.
Today, I'm waiting on a good friend to get out of the same surgery. He was there for me. And I'm happy to be his support person as he begins his new journey.
