I feel for you because I have the same issues.

I know it is wrong when I am eating icecream or candy but can not seem to stop while it is happening.

Do not get discouraged. The same thing is happening to me.

I lost the most weight during the Pre op shakes.

I am 6 weeks post op and the last couple of weeks,I lose a couple and then gain a couple.

I was told it has to do with fluid/swelling and it will kick start soon.

I got banded 12/21 and felt the same way last week.

I was told this is normal as you feel better.

I drank more water and used Jello sugar free pudding and jello for those inbetween hungry times.

Also,grab a slice of turkey when you feel hungry,it helps.

No,as much as I Love my Dr and the staff...the information on post op diet was very minimum. It was more about food catagories than actual foods.
