I was told to look for high protein, low carb ones like. Premier Protein Pure protein Myoplex light Lean body High protein ensure etc. Our assignment was to read the labels.

My Nut suggested powdered milk mix with I glass of milk for the double protein effect.

I m too wondering who fills out the FMLA papers your Surgeon or Pcp. Have a very physical job. My Surgeon said 4 weeks but what if I need 6?

I too was very concerned about that same thing in the beginning . but once I took him to my psych appointment and involve him more, I stopped worrying. He became very supportive. I think it'll be fine. I made the decision to keep moving forward Regardless.
