  1. Yea girl. My stomach sticks out farther than my boobs. Cant wait for a flatter tummy. And as far as my boobs after weight loss, I got an App for that, I mean plan for that. Lol Happy New Year!
  2. Some one wrote that this journey with all the hoop jumping is like a (dream a more like a night mare)". I totally agree!! I got told that I was Too Lazy to go to the gym by my own close family member! How am I Lazy? 1. I've been having to stick with a diet and not able to binge eat til I die of an Obesity related disease like a Heart Attack that my former foods would give me! 2. Tracking my food means no cheating. 3. How many appointments do I have to go to before I smile ( I mean scream)! 4. Talk to a shrink. At least I did and Passed! 5. It's not easy to be treated based on my weight. I could go on but I'm even not sleeved yet! Yet I'm still enjoying my Journey! Congrats to everyone Happy New Year!

  6. I did not tell a lot of people but my 3 older children, my Dh, my 3 friends and, a cousin who has G. Bypass surgery. Didn't want anyone trying to talk me down or off. Lol I did not tell work folks either. Waiting for my coordinator to submit to the insurance then a date. Then will I tell my boss. Probably that I'm just having surgery. Good luck on your surgery!

  12. I would let your physician know first and foremost about the low bp and meds! But dehydration is probably an issue. Also try to increase your fluids and maybe try Gatorade the low cal one if on the plan. I have migraines too. But I found that dehydration and possibly low potassium contributed to my headaches. Your physician need to adjust your meds together with you. Hope you feel better! Good luck!

  14. Welcome! I am on the 6month program to and I will have next to my last pre op class January. So my coordinator suppose to send info to the insurance. I'm too in the waiting process. I'll be glad to help help if I can. Be encouraged. Congrats on the weight loss

  17. Yea, I understand how you feel. I was anxious too. Enough that my pcp noticed. But some how as I got more information about the sleeve and the benefits. I am no longer anxious about it. This site has a lot of support to. For me I want a healthier life. Staying morbid obese for me is causing many problems. So I'm ready for drastic improvement with hard work. You are not alone.
