Aww sad trust me i was looking for you i am still on the struggle side using this forum :P i wish it had something like making friends or something i lost 3kgs in 4days hurray isn't that a good change????waiting to loose all my extra weight soon !

My Fitness Pal is another good source of support. You can down load the app. I'm (so sleeve). Well with getting protein in first, fluids and walking your weight loss will pick up.

I tried downloading the app the other day but it says its not available in your country :( and hey congrats i am so happy for you seriously !
