  1. I'm in hoping to get to 199 by July 4. That Doc program is over the top. Awesome.
  2. At 3 weeks out I had crying spells. I was easily angry at things before by 1 week out . Most of it lasted a short time. But I say it is normal with all the changes and adjustments. Each day gets far better than the last day. Some of it is the Anesthesia, medication, withdrawal, fatigue and dehydration contributes to it. If you think you need to then talk to a counselor But many of us has experienced this.
  3. Good luck. Congrats on your surgery date.
  4. First it is great that you are deciding to get the VSG done. But the VSG is not a diet to be compared to medifast. It's a tool and a Lifestyle change. With the lost of a large portion of your stomach you cant just switch back to eating the same foods over night like you can with quick diets, as In yo-yo dieting. Which is what brought many of us to this point. The good news is that with this new tool. Some people even loose their craving and appetite for those unhealthy foods at times. It takes very little to fill you up. So goals are obtainable. Many diets are high in sugary anyhow. This is not a temporary fix but one that can make you proud and Happy alone the way. It's all about a better you. Almost 8 weeks out down 40 lbs. I love my sleeve.
  5. Praying for you to have an easy surgery and a speedy recovery.

  10. 1 word Painful . It's painful to drink and eat at the same time. I have forgotten 1 time too many. I have not had a craving for Soda. It's enough to get water and protein in. I wouldn't waste my daily carbs on soda (empty calories) that will probably make me sick. This is just my Opinion.
