  1. Is it a chewable? I use only chewable and I'm over two years post op. I use Opurity Multivitamins chewables. not cheap but I've used them for so long I don't want to switch.

  6. detox is difficult! I've had to do it a couple of times after the holidays! too many temptations, but it can be done. I've even done the pouch reset a couple of times too, to get back on track.

  8. I'm cold all the time too. except in the middle of summer! haha
  9. drink more water, go for a walk, do whatever you can do to keep your mind off of food! it gets better after the 3rd or 4th day.

  12. drink lots of water!!! after day 4 or so, everything gets better I promise! This is all part of the process. I had to do a 14 day liquid diet.
