  1. Congratulations!! It's hard in the beginning, the swelling makes it hard to drink, but you need to! Just take small sips, move as much as you can, rest when you have to and remember your doctors office is just a phone call away. Best Wishes!

  12. My calories are on the low side too, between 700 and 900 a day...I try to get in more but I'm just not that hungry so I focus on getting 80 grms of protein and a lot of water, also, I'm 2 months post op and I still have a protein shake a day...nothing wrong with that!

  20. I didn't have a lower body lift but I had a tummy tuck in 2009. I still have numb spots between my new belly button and my scar at the bikini line and sometimes I get itches that I can't scratch because of the numbness, I wouldn't change a thing though....5 lb's of excess skin was removed. Even though I regained almost all the weight after the tummy tuck, I gained almost nothing in my stomach and my muscles are still extremely tight....so I will not need another tuck! Congrats on your weightloss, awesome!
  21. I didn't have to do a pre op diet either, I was just told to eat light the day before surgery, I put myself on a a liquid diet for the 3 days before surgery. I am 2 months post op and have not thrown up at all. I was sent home with liquid lortab and anti nausea meds (because the lortab makes me nauseous). Best Wishes for your surgery
  22. I can't relate to the tall thing cause I'm quite a short ar** but you look fabulous!! and no where near your age
