Hey everyone ! I need to buy vitamins ! My Nutritionist told me before surgery I should be taking Multivitamin, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. I believe vitamin C+Caltrate 1200mg, Vitamin D 2000IU. So I wanted to know any excellant vitamins that are great, easy to swallow, and not so pricey !!

I was told post-op surgery I would have to drink a shake as a snack. My nutritionist told me protein has to be from17-18gm & carb is 5g to less. I can't seem to find a good protein because almost all the one I found was more than 5g of carb ! Does anyone know a good protein shake & hopefully on that taste good ?

daisychains7 thank you for responding back to my feedback. & ofcourse everyone else ! I know its my job to change how I eat, the portions, & following my doctors rules. & I'm determined to really change that !! But I had a few concerns. I'm 23 & I'm still in that age of enjoying my weekends with friends & will my life change totally to drinking ? If it does, I'm willing to accept because my health is way more important. But its a question I never got a chance to consult with my doctor. & how was your experience after the surgery ? Would you say it was extremely painful?

Hey, I'm 23yrs old. And April 15 my new life will begin ! It's my first time on here, so I wanted people feedback and testimonial to the lapband. Hearing people experience will give me an idea & the positive & negative to the band. Hopefully someone out there can help !! I would really appreciate it
