My name is Lizzy and I'm 32 years old. I know I need to lose weight in order to live a fuller life. I'm very limited by my weight right now.
My before picture is current (476 lbs) and my after picture is actually my sister! She's only a year younger than me but she's an avid runner. I'm sure I'll look very similar to her once I lose all this weight.
