Well, my NUT says I have probably just hit my first stall and have been doing everything right. Said to keep doing what I'm doing. Said to keep getting 65g protein a day, keep the carbs under 45g (avoid the refined stuff and get carbs from fruit and whole grains) and aim for 600-800 calories a day. Also said to get at least a cumulative 30 mins of activity in a day, does not matter if its all at once or walking 10 minutes on each break at work. Said to quit comparing my loss to the loss of others because everyone is different. Said especially if someone weighed more than me on surgery day, they will lose quicker. Also said men lose quicker. Said I am actually ahead of the curve being down 32% of my excess weight at 9.5 weeks - said that's what they shoot for at 3 months out. So I guess all my freaking out has been for nothing.
