  10. Just remember that meds will act like alcohol does when your stomach is empty(emptyish). Their effect increases. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but just wanted to help.

  23. From all the people I have heard from on this site, it comes down to 4 main things: sip, chew, Protein, timing. Protein will keep you healthy Sipping LOADS of liquid to hydrate Chew thoroughly. And do all the above SLOWLY to avoid stucks If we do these things the band will treat us well
