Fage 2% Greek

Fage Total 2% greek yogurt is my new BFF. Never really like greek yogurt before, but this is awesom. It has yogurt on one side and a little fruit compote in a little comp on the other. It is pefect!

140 calories and 12 grams of protein!

If you haven't tried this you should!

  • I love it too!! I have become a snob as well. I have tried the honey and like it. I focus on my protein intake and don't worry about much else at this point.

totally with you - love Fage greek yogurt, it has made me a greek yogurt snob. I usually eat the 0% one because they sell it in a big pack at Costco!

Do you gals know if the honey one is ok? I ate it but was told it had too much sugar

Not sure about the honey I despise honey so I never eat it. I will say I only consume about 1/2 of the fruit stuff just because I am weary of sugar! Hope that helps!

So glad you shared. I don't like Greek yoguet but hubby saw Fage at Costco and picked it u for me yesterday. I didn't have it yet, but was hoping it would taste different.

Check the carbs....
