  1. Need more info. When was your surgery?
  2. Haven't had a fill...but I would say you need some removed. Sounds like you may be too tight.
  3. There was an issue with my account...all the clothes in my "closet" were already out with other users, so they couldn't send me anything. They extended my free membership for another week. So, one thing I will say, is their customer service is awesome!
  4. Are you selling them or something?
  5. I felt great the next day. I very minor pain and little discomfort. And I've never gone through the ravenous hunger that some people speak of. County yourself as one of the lucky ones
  6. You can also try Aquafor lotion. Helps ease the friction of skin on skin contact.
  7. You just commented on someone else's topic to "throw away the scale"...maybe you should take your own advice? LOL I know it is super frustrating to see the scale go up...I base my success on the inches I am losing. I measure religiously every two weeks. It helps keep me motivated to see the inches lost.
  8. I take One a Day Womens...my doctors doesn't make me take chewables or liquids.
  9. I think you may be related to my sister! I just bough the EAS Lean 15 from Walmart. $19.97 for 25 servings and it's pretty tasty!
  10. You just gotta be strong and think of the reasons you had surgery in the first place. It's hard and you may slip, but you can do it!
  11. I added you. I'm not sure how to add via the phone app, but it's really easy on the internet site. Just go to community, then find friends and then there's a box where you can search by the person's username.
  12. I singed up for their free 30 day membership a couple weeks ago and honestly...not liking it very much. I've received 4 items so far and sent all of them back...one becuase it reeked of smoke and the others because they just didn't fit right. I'm hoping my next shipment will be better
  13. I miss beer as well. Especially when I'm watching my Oakland Athletics play.
  14. You can add me on MFP as well. Username is NNicole209. And you are doing great!
  15. I am lazy as well and take them together
  16. I just get up and walk away from the table and try to keep myself occupied so I don't obsess on eatting more. Reading seems to work best for me...if my mind is engaged in a book, I don't think about wanting to eat more. I don't think there is any trick...you just have to push through the feelings in whatever way works for you.
  17. Go to your profile. Click "Edit Profile" on the right hand side. Then click "Signature" on the left. It then says something about Tickers on that screen. Hope that helps.
  18. Chapstick. My lips were super dry after surgery.
  19. Yes, I was told the same thing...not to drink the 30 min prior to eatting and the 30 min after eatting. I believe the before is so your stomach is completely empty and you have the room to eat your allotted amount of food.
  20. I'm a little over 4 months post op and I have no fills. I think there is restriction. I can go 4 hours on my band alloted amounts with no problem. I still count every calorie that is put in my mouth. I don't see it as a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Gone are the unealthy fast food meals. Now it's all fresh veggies and lean protein.
  21. I use my treadmill every morning. I watch all my trashy reality programs that my husband refuses to watch with me at night. It makes the time fly by and I actually look forward to exercising.
  22. Stay busy and try not do think about it too much. I know, easier said than done. Good luck tomorrow.
  23. I'm so sorry for your loss. My dog is my little furbaby as well.
  24. Ha! I just told my husband the other day that my goal weight is the weight listed on my drivers license Congrats on your milestone!
