I am glad you posted this. I have only told a few people. It is such a personal decision and I don't want to have to explain my reasoning. People can be so judgmental.

I am scheduled for November 7th also. Cutting out the caffeine is a killer. I am eating protein shakes 3 times a day. I have to admit it fills me up more than I anticipated. -

I start my pre-op diet tomorrow.....any suggestions? I am a diet coke addict, so drinking meal replacements has never made me feel full. My surgery is November 7th and I am trying to decide if I should go cold turkey on the caffeine or try to taper.
