Hi my fellow sleevers, I hope everyone is doing well. Happy to say my progress has picked up again. I had knee surgery and couldn't work out for a few months but finally on track again and the weight is flying off like I just had my sleeve done super excited. 1 year here we come!

Hi everyone, I'm so happy to read all about the progress from everyone. I'm down 50lbs so far since my June 21st surgery. Slow and steady, I didnt gain it all at once so I'm ok with losing it slowly.. lol as long as im stil losing it. For anyone who has had some mess ups I used this and It got me right back on track. Hi, sleeved 6/21 down 25 lbs since surgery. i usually drink muscle milk - pro series has 40 grams of protein per serving and the regular has 25 grams. i also use the Isopure powder to add protein to just about anything, coffee, pudding and jello.

Hi fellow sleevers, My surgery was 6/21. Sw was 253, cw 233. I haven't loss any weight in the last 2 weeks just fluctuating between 230 and 233. I got really sick with some big my 2nd week, nothing would stay down or in lol, was running a fever 102+. Much better now. I just hit solid foods but can only hold 3.5 oz. At a time any more and my stomach feel horrible. Yogurt has been a good friend to me.

Hi fellow sleevers, I finally made it back home from Tijuana on Sunday, slept most of yesterday. Got up this morning and realized I was down 10lbs since surgery. I can't even explain how good that felt. I felel somehow vindicated with all my nay sayers. I'm so glad I made the choice to change my life.

Hi everyone, Just checking in. My surgery went off without a hitch at 1:30 on the 21st. I feel pretty good, no real gas pains. Dr. Corvala is wonderful, his whole team has been extremely supportive.

I'm here in Mexico and having surgery in the morning! Finally....

Anyone else have surgery in Tijuana? My surgery is getting close(21st) and the nerves are kicking in big time. Whooosahh!!!

I dont have a preop diet, but I have been doing 2 shakes and one meal a day( started Sunday) and I've gained weight. So frustrated already.

Good morning, Yep I'm venturing! My surgery is the 21st and I'm doing it at Angeles hospital I. Tijuana with Dr. Corvala.

Im the 21st as well, good luck to you. I have been doing the same thing since day one. I am even more nervous now since i have been told because i am doing it out of the country i may not get the post -op care from the VA unless something goes wrong. Not deterring me though, its time to make this happen.
