Post Op Hunger!!
Man oh man oh man I don't envy you at all! I would make a mushy and thin it out with milk until it was a liquid. Favorite: ricotta cheese, applesauce and Protein powder with milk. Or add a teaspoon of cream of rice to your shake!

Tummy tuck and breast left on Tuesday 12/18
So obviously what I'm about to post is out of ignorance but... What happens to your port during and after surgery? Do the move it? Re-anchor it? Or is just in different spot altogether?

Weight loss since surgery
I eat 800-850 cal a day (sometimes less) since soft food stage 3 months ago and I'm down 50 lbs and still losing regularly. This was cleared by my surgeon and my NUT, btw before anyone has a fit!

Amazing!- mourning the loss of food
Well here lies the problem that got us all here today, eating for things other than hunger. I agree with you, taking my emotional crutch away forced me to start facing some issues I have avoid until now. My family also caught some hell. Finding another way to cope with emotions isn't easy but it is necessary IF you are serious about getting the weight off once and for all. Refocus your energy because you're not doing yourself any favors as it stands today. Wish you all the best!- Happy 2013 Challenge!!

I was thinking about this a few days ago actually. My new year started the first day of preop. It's actually a new chapter, a new life and I'm live good!- Hematoma from fill...scared!
I just had my third fill too. The pa had to call in the surgeon to do it because he was having a hard time. Usually the nurse does it with no problem. Point is, yes I have a hematoma too, ugly and scary and a little painful to the touch.- 100 Miles in January 2013 Challenge
