  6. So I went in today for my 2nd fill.. good lord, I have a hard time each time.. Was poked like 3 times even she was whispering under her breath.. what the heck... " We figured out, my legs werent flat and then that last poke hurt pretty good. But.. no pain no gain? lol.. anyway.. I got 2 more cc's which gives me a total of 4cc's in my 14cc band. I didn't feel anything different last time and this time I can definitely feel a difference. So liquids for today and tomorrow, I'm always scared to eat anything afraid of that stuck feeling I hear about.. **Trains her mind... small bites, small bites** Hope everyone is doing great with theirs .. and happy holidays all.

  11. You will get there.. keep staying on the right course. I read so much on here, people going through the same thing and I too have stalled for weeeeks! and I am just 2 months post op! but patience is where it's at. Maybe see a nutritionist if you haven't and see if she can help see any small changes you may need to make that you don't realize. Remember, stress can also stall weight loss.. relax and take some time for yourself, even if its for a short time, breathe and reflect. Good Luck to you hun.. you are always very encouraging to others and I love reading your posts. Keep up the good work!! **HUGS*!

  20. I have this sexy little black dress in my closet that I only wore once. A LONG TIME AGO! I refused to get rid of it, and that was always the dress I said I will wear again! Once I fit into that dress and look good in it... I will be one happy as hell chick! When I bought it I was still self conscious in it, looked pretty good but not good enough to feel confident, so I want to look even better in it then I did the last time I wore it.
  21. I just recently bought a bunch of resistance bands.. Not sure exactly how to use them yet.. but I was wondering.. does anyone know any sites where they show you specific routines for specific areas oin your body.? And what all do you think of them compared to actual strength training weights? I am not going to a gym just yet, so thought this may be a good way to build some strength and muscle. Thanks all in advance!
  22. How ya doin Della? I don't live in MN but some support is better than none!
