Buddy.. Where are you! :)

Hiyas all.. My name is Kayna and I live in South Florida. I really feel I am in need of some budding at this point. I have been doing great for the most part.. but need some extra support to keep on track. I don't mess up often.. but I do sometimes.. ( such as this weekend ) grrr me! I am taking accountability for it.. I am serious about making a lifestyle change and have done so drastically so far but it is not enough yet.. I am not perfect by any means which is why i am here. hehe..

I was banded on Oct 22nd, 2012. Had my first fill on nov 28th of 2cc and that now gives me a 2cc total in my band. My next fill is Dec 19th. I would love for this to be my sweet spot.. Oooh ya! :) Here's to hopin! hehe

If anyone would love to support one another, don't hesitate to shoot me a message. Take care and congrats all on coming this far! It sure is not an easy path.. but there is light at the end of it.

Everyone is different with reaching their sweet spot. I just reached mine with fill 5. Try not to get to frustrated this early on. I am frustrated now that I seem to be on a plateau, but I keep reminding myself that this is normal and it will get better.
