Hello all im on day 12 pre-opt and im so excited. im doing really good with this and i couldnt have done with without yall help thank you so much

on a lighter note....opinions are like butt cracks, everyone has one.

Ok, My coworker had the gastric bypass 5yrs ago, and I mentioned that I was having the band next week. He said NOOO don't do that, I know 2 people that failed. I'm sooooo tired of people and their opinion on the lapband. I was skeptical at first but I plan on following all instructions provided by my dr.
I've educated myself on ALL the complications that MAY happen.BUT
I'm going into this with a positive mindset.
I just wanted to vent!! Thanks for listening lol

good morning all day 8 pre-opt and counting. got a call today from the doc and they had to move my surgery time so i go in at 3 p.m. it kind of works out so im not mad.

Let me start off by saying I see why they tell you to drink plenty of Water when doing the pre-opt diet. A self correcting error is what i call it. Any way I did good with my shakes I see as time goes by it gets better.
