  1. I know this sounds really crazy but try this I found this out accidentally....try leaning over with your elbows on the counter. Im not sure if it helps open up your diaphragm but it works! I had really bad gas for days after surgery and I felt like I just needed to burp but couldnt...I was leaning over resting on the counter and there it came, and from then on if I felt like I needed to burp I leaned over on the counter and it came out. Its been 3 wks out now and I no longer have to do that. Give it a try it may help you too!
  2. I had the same issues LOL that it was just me! It lasted about 5-6 days the weight loss was great! Now it is almost the opposite from one extreme to the other just hang in there.
