I need to just start my weight loss, I want to lose 17more pound then i will be at my goal, but I am finding myself wanting more of the wrong food (sweets)

well I am still trying to get myself into the gym after laying my dad to rest last week, its been hard but going forward (tomorrow) I will dedicate my weight loss journey to him.

Now since the holidays are over, I can put the focus back on me. I tried on a size 20 jeans and it felt good to be able to fit them,its the small achievement that makes me smile ear to ear.

ok its a new week and i need for it to be better than last week...i am barely eating..i am hungry but not hungry and that might sound crazy but that is were i am. i have a lot of mucus in my throat, as soon as i eat something it will come back up..i also need a better way of getting my protein in... i am tied of those shakes. i just need to get some strength in my body so that i can finally work out
