Phazyme like I said above gas.x did nothing for me

I think it just air and it gives the doc more room to work

I am 3 weeks out and my gas pains just went away and I had to get something stronger than gas x that stuff did nothing for me try phazyme it works amazing

Thanks Maddy I was banded on the 3rd and it has been trying at times I'm down 12lbs wish more but very happy

Can someone please tell me what protein shakes are good and how to mix them with fruit or how you make your , do you put ice in them I haven't been drinking mine and I know I need to get back to drinking them .

Hey everyone just wanted to see how everyone is doing banded oct 3rd and I've lost 11lbs so far had to go last week and have 1cc removed I started getting really really bad heartburn I had 3cc put in my band in surgery

Also I DO not want to feel like I did when I had the un-fill

I was banded on oct 3rd with 3cc put in my band in surgery 3 weeks out I have to have 1cc removed because of BAD heartburn couldn't sleep I was in so much pain , but I scheduled my first fill for the 31st , do you think I should still go to it or do you think it's to soon after the un-fill

And congrats on your weight loss I have only lost 11 since my surgery
