Day 4 Post Op And..

Today was the first day I had the what the hell have I done to myself moment..that lasted half the day. I cried a bit and tried to shake it off but Im feeling down. Thinking I may need to find a support group..an in person one. Has anyone done this and felt this way? Its coming on again..

Yes I have but it gets a lot better after ya lose a bunch of weight and you feel one hundred percent better then you have in years!

Yeah I have. But after the big lose you will feel alit better. You will feel better then you have in years and see such wonderful results. Hang in their it gets better!

Yes, I was talking to myself saying what the heck have you done, what if I cant lose and look like a fool. Guess what I am still talking to myself LOL , hang in- it gets better we are all here for you, Hugs.

Thanks ..exactly why I need to keep reminding myself why ive done this in the first place
