Reality is setting in! I thought I had 3 more months of nutrition/diet visits but, I called my surgeons office today....I just need Oct. YIKES! I have my psych eval on the 17th and I need to do a chest x-ray, EKG & lab work, then submit to insurance! I'm so nervous & had a little anxiety today.... I know this is the right thing to do BUT, why am I second guessing now? I have lost the same damn 40 lbs for over 20yrs that turned into 70+ lbs...I'M DONE & I need to start LIVING! Sorry for the rant. SinCityGal

I'm so glad you're feeling better! I was so freaked out for you! I'm hoping to have the surgery in Jan. One of my fears is having some sort of blood clot...... Are you taking anything for the gas? I fear the damn gas too!

Thank you Johnnycantrock! I've heard the same about Dr. Atkinson. I have a consult with his partner Dr. Soong in a few weeks after my psych eval........I'm getting nervous! Haven't met Brian yet, I hear nothing but good things about him. Do you know if Dr. Atkinson does the plication with the Lapband? Your weight loss is amazing! Thank you!

Hi Luci84! I totally feel the same way.....I'm scared 1 min then the next, I'm so excited! I'm 1/2 done with my process & I'm hoping to have surgery at the end of the year.
