This Is Getting Real!

Reality is setting in! I thought I had 3 more months of nutrition/diet visits but, I called my surgeons office today....I just need Oct. YIKES! I have my psych eval on the 17th and I need to do a chest x-ray, EKG & lab work, then submit to insurance! I'm so nervous & had a little anxiety today....

I know this is the right thing to do BUT, why am I second guessing now? I have lost the same damn 40 lbs for over 20yrs that turned into 70+ lbs...I'M DONE & I need to start LIVING!

Sorry for the rant.

The surgery and prep was not bad; my c-section a few years back was more painful
