  2. I bought the zero carb alpine punch 6 small bottles with 15g protein in each and I cannot finish the one bottle at once and I didn't have surgery yet. I really doubt that I would be able to drink it after surgery....
  3. might try to stay on liquid diet for couple of days? not only shakes but water and broth. just think that you start over again and you just need it.... we all will support you....

  5. can you just not to buy all this carb food? Do you cook? try to find the recipe with some healthy option,.   6. Hey, what's happened? I found your post form 6 month ago where is the person who wrote it? Come on.... I am sure you can be back on track. put the picture of yourself before surgery on the refrigerator and ask yourself DO YOU WANT TO BE LIKE THIS AGAIN??
  7. When I did research for the surgery i read that yes it is possible to stretch your sleeve and start eating as before and gain everything back.
  8. It keeps all weights every time you step on them it would keep the numbers. ( even if you prefer not to save it ) I tested it keep all my 5 times I step on them during one minute but to see it on the graph you need to switch to daily view and it will show all of them otherwise it will show the latest one only.
  9. What I can tell..... THANK YOU for posting these pictures. I never even thought that my stomach can be so big and I am sure my is bigger because I am 124kg I wonder if I can ask my surgeon to get me pictures like that
  10. I am scale freak. I need to weight myself every day and sometimes twice a day in the morning and at night. and I LOVE my scale which put info online so I can see the graph and etc... again just base on my previous diet experience it help me to control myself. as soon as I stop stepping on the scale I start gaining I use withing scale and I think due to this scale I don't need to be on 6 months diet. I just brought the chart from the site for 2 years ( this is how long I am using them)

  14. Thank you IrishEyes. I tried. but usually they start with 1 months waiting and after telling that I need clearance for surgery they give me 2 weeks. but I rarely can get next week appointment. Still faster then a month
  15. YEA!!! I got back with clearance letter ok beside waiting for 2 hours everything was fine. I did the breathing test and spoke with the doctor.
  16. I would be another one who would suggest that he takes off when you get home. I agree in the hospital you would have nurse to help and remember you would be walking so you always can come and ask nurse if you need something..... at home you would need help..
  17. My surgeon required 7 days preop liquid diet. and no CO2 test fr me but again might be because I never smoke.

I understand that it is overnight but the schedule would be like in a week or so and after that I need to have follow up in another 2 weeks and I am afraid to miss the surgery date.... and I am not a great person not sleep at home... and I doubt that I can bring my toddler twins there this way I would fell at home
  19. Sleep study what I probably afraid of.... jiust because it might took much longer then I have before surgery....
  20. Great, I am glad that everything went fine. I had my stress test today and I was able to handle it fine as well just got headache because I was hungry.
  21. Ok tomorrow my Pulmonary clearance appointment. so wish me luck will keep you updated.
  22. Ok. I went through nuclear stress test today. it took 3.5 hours, mostly wait time..... they suppose to call me in 48 hours with result but I think treadmill I did ok.
