  1. I know I have them but what are some symptoms? I ate about 1 oz of venison sausage today and have felt very off since about an hr after. Like it just won't digest. And it's been about 6 hrs. I have nausea and a constant pain. I am 8 mos post. But I am also 8 mos pregnant so we are waiting to do surgery til after I have the baby. I'm just hoping the constant nausea and aches will subside after surgery.
  2. My grits get made with a little butter, salt, pepper, and cheese. Yum yum
  3. Why do I see some many people "ashamed" of their surgery?? My dad comments about how I should keep my experience private. NO. I am proud of myself for realizing that I had a problem and I DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I did not just sit and roll around in pity. I got off my Ass and DID SOMETHING FOR ONCE. Sorry for my rant but I'm so tired of this being considered shameful. I understand if people want to keep it private. That's your business. But by all means don't be ashamed.
  4. I've even taken 1 corn tortilla, spread refried beans, shredded cheese, and microwaved it. I don't know how much protein this would be but with the cheese and beans it should be decent
  5. What about some Greek yogurt mixed with some sugar free jam??
  6. Thank u! Sometimes I don't notice a difference then I have to step back and reassure myself
  7. I couldn't have tuna because every time I did I got sick . I had a ramekin with taco seasoned ground turkey, refried beans, cheese, and some taco sauce. Can you tell I was craving Taco Bell? I think I added some Greek yogurt for sour cream. It was perfect!
  8. I also have BcbsTx. Can u tell me what were the stipulations?
  9. Awesome! I was Aug 2. SW 330 CW 220 I am 7 mos pregnant so I have stopped losing for now. Not gaining but not losing. Bout how many cals a day u think your taking in?
  10. Checkin in?? How's everyone doing?
  11. Not all sleeve patients suffer from dumping. But some do very much so. If I eat too fast or have something with way too much sugar I suffer indefinitely.
  12. When I have dumping my heart rate jumps for about 20 mins and I'm shaky. Sometimes I hve loose bowels and sometimes I just have nausea.
  13. Are you still losing pretty good? How close are you to goal? I'm 7 mos pregnant right now so I'm not losing I'm just staying the same. But I'm wondering what I should be eating once I have the baby and am ready to keep losing. I've lost 115 lbs and need to lose 80 more to goal
  14. So I am 8 mos post op. About how many calories a day are you others eating???? I really wanna know about people 8 mos to a yr out. Thanks!
  15. I probably could've eaten a cup of it. I had the mini bags. I wonder how many oz are in them??
  16. Everyone's sleeve is different. It also makes a difference in how well you chew. ALSO, SOME days I can eat two and SOME days I can only eat one. It varies. I am 8 mos post btw.
  17. So I am 8 mos post and REALLY wanted popcorn. I had about 1/2 a cup of fat free low sodium organic popcorn. And OMG it was AMAZING. But OMG it went down too well stupid sliders!!!!!
  18. If you still have your appendix I would get that checked too. I had to have mine removed last summer
  19. Sounds like your gall bladder. Do you still have it? And on a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain? 10 being the worst pain ever.
