A small amount of wine goes wayyyyy further than it did before surgery. I'm being truthful here and having a hard time with stopping when I know I should. I really don't want this to get out of hand. Advice appreciated but please don't give it if you choose to judge me. Thank you.

A I just read the my post that you responded to and now read this one. Lol! I've been sick all day today too! Now we have something else in common.

I am 3 months and 1 week out. Todays weight finally made me just "overweight" and no longer "obese". AND I hit 51 lbs lost! Woohoo!! Onederland, here I come and my next goal of being "normal weight" will be here before I know it. Feeling so blessed today.

i do like the generic great value turkey ones from walmart. i put them in the crockpot with some marinara sauce. the fam eats meatball subs and i eat the meatballs.

the better i feel about myself the more sexual i feel with my husband. i don't feel as self conscious about myself. i love the compliments from other people and men but save it all for my man.

i had. i could smell someone's bad breath from across the room, lol. it's not as bad now at almost two months out but it's still there.
