  1. My surgery is the 15th, I did some fasting, I go back on Thursday n then all liquids, my surgeon isn't too too strict, either way I can't wait, it's like I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.... Thanks for the support, good luck to u guys as well...

  3. I'm scheduled for 8/14/12 n insurance approved me today, I'm so excited, my surgeons pre op required two shakes n one meAl daily n all liquids starting tomorrow, it's been a journey n I'm just ready to go (:
  4. I'm in pre-op n can have any protein shakes n bars as long as they are low fat n low sugar, what is optifast and does anyone like it??
