Hello everyone. I'll be getting sleeved 8/28 and needed help from my fellow sleevers. I need to know what I need in my fridge when I get home from the hospital. What kind of liquids? Protein shakes? Excited cuz I'll have a normal healthy lifestyle but afraid because I do t want to lose my hair. A lot of people have combined of losing.
