August 28Th Sleevers?

Hello everyone,

I'll be getting sleeved 8/28 in NY!!! Very excited and afraid. Excited cuz I'll have a normal healthy lifestyle but afraid because I do t want to lose my hair. A lot of people have combined of losing. Is there anything I can start now that will help in after the surgery???

P.S I'm 29 yrs old, 5'7 and weigh 230
