And...You weigh less than the weight you lied about on your driver's license.

I'm 185 and 5' 1". I wear a 16/18 now. In college I was 129 and wore a 9/10. Don't see me ever in a 4 but if I do, you'll be able to hear me scream with glee wherever you are.

Surgery date 4/18/2011. Morning of surgery 306. This morning I'm still 183; down 123 pounds. BMI normal at 23.5.

I feel weird saying it, almost like I'm being unhealthy- but I know I'm not. But, I like seeing my bones too, my collar bone, my wrist bones. And, even cooler when I stand with my feet smack together and my thighs or any part of my legs don't touch!!! Not sure I ever remember that happening for me!!!

Took me about a month and a half to not regret it.. still wasn't finally happy with my choice until about ten to twelve weeks post op. You well get there.. just takes time. =\

Hang in there. It gets better. The first month was REALLY hard for me, food wise. Every stage was hard for me until I finally got to real food and then it was still a bit of a chore to eat. I kept thinking that I would never get the hang of this and that eating and drinking the right things, the right amount and the right timing were like a full time job. But I will say, that each week was better than the last. As you start to see real movement of the scale and dropping sizes, the excitement starts to build and helps to fade any regrets and wishes for the old you. Also, you will suddenly realize that while you still have to plan, eating right becomes second nature. You probably also will get to a point where you are no longer craving and desiring the things you loved pre-surgery and that food no longer controls your life. That is liberating!

So cute you two! Love seeing a supportive husband and love that you talked about sex. I have more "desire" after one week but my husband is afraid.

I am having a hard time. Missing my friend food. Even with the pre diet i could cheat every now and then. Not any more. Feel like i lost my security blanket. So much more mentally unstable than i expected. Dammit.

Well, at least you didn't make me feel stupid.
