  1. Everyone does know that, but her. Don't let her get to you! We all have our haters, I know I do. Just like the real world, some like you, some don't. You have your Banded B's who adore you! What more do you need?! The best part of a forum, no one really knows who they're talking to. You wouldn't know them if they were talking to you at a store. So who gives a crap! I'm really a 25yo horny man, posing as a grandma.hahahahaha
  2. You don't have to blog and your support is right here. You can bounce your thoughts & concerns off us. I know you can do this. You know what it took to lose that first 51 lbs. You probably even know how you fell off the wagon and just don't do that again. Track your food. A lot of us use MyFitnessPal. Drink your Water and move. We're all here wanting success for you! Let us help you!
  3. Congratulations! Glad you're feeling well. Continue walking. You're on your way!
  4. The best advice would be to get out of bed as soon as possible and start walking. The more you walk the more you move the gas out of you. My Dr said get up every 2 hrs except at bedtime. I promise the more you walk the better you will be. Also take a Chapstick with you. Lips are crazy dry after surgery. TRY not to worry, it will be over before you know it and you'll be going woohoo, I'm on the other side. You'll be in my thoughts & prayers!
  5. I think this is a very wise thing to do. I started 7 mths ago, the first 6mths of Dr supervised diet I lost slowly and after ins approved I cranked it up a notch. I had my LB 2 1/2 wks ago and by what I read, I'm having it a lot easier than most and I think its b/c I already had the hardest part (getting started) done. Best wishes to all of you!
