Back At It.

I was banded last nov and was doing well. I had lost 51 lbs by the middle of Jan. Long story short I have gained 20lbs back. I have had two fills since last Nov. I finally went back to the Dr last week. I am 3 days into the stage 3 diet again.Per my Dr's instructions I will be on it for 3 weeks. I'm not really the blog type of person but some highly recommend that I do it for support. So that's my story and helpful suggestions on staying on track are gladly welcomed.

You don't have to blog and your support is right here. You can bounce your thoughts & concerns off us. I know you can do this. You know what it took to lose that first 51 lbs. You probably even know how you fell off the wagon and just don't do that again. Track your food. A lot of us use MyFitnessPal. Drink your Water and move.

We're all here wanting success for you! Let us help you!

We are here for you. I agree with the logging food and tracking your exercise. It holds you accountable. You can do it!
