  1. I was banded last nov and was doing well. I had lost 51 lbs by the middle of Jan. Long story short I have gained 20lbs back. I have had two fills since last Nov. I finally went back to the Dr last week. I am 3 days into the stage 3 diet again.Per my Dr's instructions I will be on it for 3 weeks. I'm not really the blog type of person but some highly recommend that I do it for support. So that's my story and helpful suggestions on staying on track are gladly welcomed.
  2. I was extremely bloated after my surgery. I thought it was because I couldn't burp but after 2 days it got a bit better. Not trying to be gross but I couldn't pass gas for over three three days. I guess it depends on how well your body handles the anesthesia. It gets better and soon it will just be a memory. Stay focused and good luck, because it works.I'm down 38lbs since Nov 3rd and just had my first fill yesterday.
