  3. Hi adorablentx, You've just had surgery, try sipping snd swallowing slowly. Wait about a minute or so, then sip again to see if the feeling in chest goes away, Keep us posted. :rolleyes:good luck
  4. Hi adorablentx, I don't think it's a good idea to try and make yourself throw up. Be careful! If it persists or gets worse, call your dr or go the ER. Keep us posted please. Hope it gets better. We're here for eachother. Have a good night.

  8. I tried to fast for Ramadan, but was advised not to since I needed protiein and fluids. I will be making up the days in November. I've heard the 5 day pouch works. Good luck!

  11. It usually hurts when I drink it too fast...like letting myself get real thirsty. I need to learn to sip, sip, sip.

  16. I agree with butterthebean. I was at a stall for about 3 wks. I upped my calories and started losing again.
  17. I'm hispanic and grew up with tortillas and all the mexican dishes. I still crave carbs, but i am tracking and very conscious of how much i consume.

  22. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea since 2005. I had the band in 2007 and was just sleeved in May. It will take a little time to get used to but you can do it. Give it a try. I love my cpap machine. Good luck!
