  3. Walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. Take easy baby steps at first if needed then pick up the pace. I had horrible shoulder and back gas pain for at least a month. Congrats on your surgery!!!

  14. I have a Weight Watchers scale and I love it. I weigh myself every Tuesday morning before and after my workout. Both the dr's scale and the WW scale have had the same weight. They take off 2 lbs because of clothes.
  15. I use both a measuring cup and small kitchen scale.
  16. My deductible was $750.00. Of course with the all the tests that needed to be done before surgery, my deductible and out of pocket ($100) were met before surgery so the hospital stay and everything afterwards was paid at 100%.

  18. Come on...get up off the couch. Walk around the dining room table during commercials. Maybe a couple of sit-ups. You can do this!!!!
