Why would you want to throw up? It's not good for your new sleeve. Take small bites and chew, chew, chew.

This is your sleeve telling you to take notice where your full level is and stop eating before reaching it. Take smaller portions and enjoy the company your with and watch your excess weight just fall off.....Oh, and then comes the shopping, yep, your going to need new clothes! :)

Saddie...I too am experiencing this too. I know sometimes I eat to much...when im really hungry....bile is all I get up too...but I DO feel better then:)

I honestly can not throw up now. My kids brought me home the stomach bug. I say in the bathroom and just heaved. Nothing will come up. My surgeon called in something to take and it made the nausea go away.

I totally am in the same boat. When i feel like that i can't throw up it is irritating. Sometimes happens when i forget and take too big of a sip too
