  1. MAZIEMOMMY HERE. You ask how did some decide on Lapband vs GB? I decided on Lapband because I'm 34 years young, and I asked my Dr. if a person is a candidate for either surgery,what would you prefer? He said "any one who has the ability to be active, and has time to lose weight slower and safer, he would recommend Lapband over GB. GB would be better if you had lost the ability to be active or no time to lose (so to speak).
  2. Hi! I'm maziemommy. I live in Springfield Mo. I'm getting ready to have Lap-Band surgery. My Dr. is Christopher Edwards. Has anyone heard anything negative about his work? I should be having surgery this month 3-2007. Any information would be wonderful in advance. I'm excited to be part of LapBandTalk. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!
