I am almost 3 months out and I get bad cravings for sweet. I eat a few peices of sugar free chocolate. It helps. I try to stay busy and not focus on my cravings but it is a hard time of the month.

I have not had Starbucks, but I do like McDonalds sugar free vanilla iced coffee. Depending on the size you get the max calories is 120 in the 32oz. It is so yummy!!!

I just put 1100 calories. But I'm way under. Averaging 600 to 700. I love this app. I have asked those if you who put your user name in here to be a friend. Hope that is ok. Mine is millboh.

I'm 2 months out an consuming about 600-800 calories a day, and exercising. Roughly how many calories are people eating? Would love to hear from people who are at goal and maintaing weight as well.

Walking around the house helped me. It will pass. To me gas pain was the worst. Especially when it got up into my shoulder. I did have my mom give me a shoulder massage and that helped too.

July 19th. Down 45 lbs since that day!

I'm not 20, and not a full time student at a large university, but I am 32, wife mother to a 14 and 12 yo, work 40+ hours a week, and about to start taking a college class again all day on Saturdays. So I do have a busy schedule. I'm 7 weeks post-op and just now started to get energy back. If you have come this far you are a strong person. You can do this! You might need some new people to hang out with. I know I was very much a social eater, so I have to do other activities, if I did hang out with friends and we went to bars/redtaurants might want to suggest other activities. Don't get didcouraged....you are stong! You have come this far....the rest ( I'm assuming) is downhill!

I was sleeved 7/19/12 by Dr Jay Suggs in Decatur. I'm down 45 lbs since surgery and feel great! Still have a way to go, but no regrets!

Hey Quita-- I had surgery on 7/19 and my mom was very against it. She also works in the medical field and has herd bad stories about people having complications from surgery and I not going to lie, I was scared too. But after weighing the pros and cons I knew I had to have surgery. Good luck, just pray and be at peace with YOUR decision

1 week after post-op' date=' I feel extremely thirsty. Kinda feels like I just had a long marathon and all I want to do is to drink lots of cold fresh Water. Anyone suffer the same????[/quote']Yes I did started about 1 week out. The only thing I wanted was ice Water. And I hate ice. It was the only thing that tasted good. I'm 6 weeks out and don't crave ice water like I did, but still think it is the best tasting drink.

Both my husband snd myself had surgery 6 weeks ago and we eat plain cheerios or honey bunches of oats with low fat milk or almond milk. I can tolerate it but like my Protein Shake better. My husband has it every day!

U still losing weight or
Maintaning?

I like Isoflex whey Protein Shake in Peanut Butter and chocolate flavor. It comes in a powder and I mix it with either almond milk or lowfat acidofilus milk. Got it at complete nutrition, but I'm sure you can get it online. They also have a mint chocolate chip flavor that sounds good. They also have a iced tea you mix with Water that I heard is good. Has 27 grams og Protein per serving

Ok. Thanks. Puts my mind at ease.

Does anyone know if there is a maxium limit to how much Protein to have a day. I know I need a min of 60 g of protein. But can go over that with 2 Protein Shakes and milk.
