  1. Does anyone use the sports tracker app? You can log your miles and what activity you do. Wslking, running, biking etc. You can share workouts with friends like mfp. I am going to start using today. My user name is millboh if anyone wants to be friends.

  2. I have a very hard time. I was a 30 at my heavyiest and now in a 12 womens. I have alwsys been in plus sizes. My husbsnd took me to Catos one day to find a new dress. The plus size on one side of store and misses on the other side. I walked into store and straight to the plus side the sales woman came up to me and told me my size clothes is on the other side of the store. It made my day that the saleswoman told me to go to the misses sidw of the store. But I still mentally see myself as a big girl. I guess it just tskes time.

  3. My Dr suggests at least 60 grams of carbs, but I'm 10 months out and get in about 100 grams a day. I do better with low carb and try to do 30 grams of carbs or less a day. The further out you get the more you can eat and get more Protein in. I feel much better getting in 100 grams vs 60 grams, but that is just me.

  5. I had surgery in July, and when I did get to exercising I just started on the Treadmill, I felt good after doing it. Made myself go to gym about 3 times a week just doing as much as I could. Then tried going longet and adjusting the incline to get a better workout. I would like to do a zumba class but don't want to look like a fool, so have not done it yet. But just start with walking!
