Let everyone start posting about their beleifs and religious preferences. Oh but that would probably be too much if everyone did it. So we should just let this one go by because....well you guys praise god too! I don't think god would really appreciate the name calling, and bandwagoning going on here. But then again that is how religious people handle everything. They turn things around until they make things the way they want it. For instance they say well "god led me to the lap band, he is good" I mean come on. You really think god invented the lapband for you? No the men that invented the lapband are scientists who believe in evolution not creation. God didn't invent the processed fast foods that we have all eaten to get us here either.

Maybe if you prayed hard enough god would have helped you have the will power to succeed without the lapband. Just saying. All christians no altering your body is not #1 on gods plan. block me if you wish but I'm on the liquid diet and would rather not be called Nasty for simply stating that if you post on the lap band forum it should be related to lapband in some way. I have to tell you a secret. I added lean protein. Even if it's one egg and some veggies. I'm sorry but if it makes a difference in my liver so be it. I'm not morbidly obese. Let the LBT people crucify me if they must but it's my body!

Okay well I don't want to waste my time reading something like this. But I guess I will just have to deal with strange posts popping up not related to lapband weightloss, or really making any sense at all.

Ketosis can give you headaches as well as caffeine withdrawl. I didn't have to give up caffeine. I too have had a dull headache. I miss thinking about what to eat for lunch and dinner. I'm on day 6. You can do it. Just think of the results!

I'm sure you will be fine. I think the fatty liver story is really few and far between. I mean they want you to loose a few LB's they know we can't lose weight for the sake of losing so they want us to have another reason. I'm sure some livers are HUGE. I'm sure a lot of people would gorge before the surgery if there was no preop diet thinking well it's the last few weeks before the band. Follow the diet. I've cheated not going to lie. I know some diets allow lean protein. I'm only allowed shakes. I have lean protein once a day.OOOOOH I know scandelous. I'm sure I will be fine. Relax and you will be fine! Skinny in no time!
