    Curious

    How do you keep on track?? I do good one day and then make bad decisions the next!!! I want this so bad ---what is wrong with me??? I am 7 months put and down 60 pounds but can't stay on track!!! I just had my 4th fill !!! Please help!!

  3. After a fill and you go back to mushy stage do you eat 3 meals a day ? For instance would u eat 4 oz of retried beans for lunch ???

    Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

    Today so far I ate: Breakfast: Protein shake made with 1 c FF milk, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (yummy) Snack: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 babybell cheese lunch: 4oz ground beef w/ 1 tablespoon of baked beans, 1/4 tsp of shredded cheese dinner: I will be having tuna cakes - homemade - 1 can tuna, 1 egg, 1/4 c ff shredded cheese, 4 crushed up popped rice cakes (cheddar cheese flavor) mix together and form 2 cakes, fry up in pam until crispy -- I got this recipe from someone I follow on youtube!! 1 tuna cake = 205 cal/ 20 proteins

    So Bad!!!!

    I have totally fallen off the wagon!! I have been eating everything in sight!! Xmas eve I ate 4 Fried and breaded Scallops, Cookies, and then on New Years eve I ate rice and Beans, stuffing, candy, a cookie and a piece (or 2) of pepperoni Bread!! WHAT HAVE I DONE?? I feel like such a failure not to mention how the hell can I fit all of this food in? That is what amazes me!! I feel like I have no self control....I had a fill about 3 weeks ago and in the beginning it was good...but now I am out of control. I think sometimes I eat out of boredom!!! PLEASE PLEASE someone shed some light on this situation for me. My normal day consists of 3 meals a day and I do snack in betwee (which I would like to stop) My nutritionist does not want me to eat any bread, rice or Pasta for a while.......Please give me some Ideas!! I think I need a fill but not sure if it is too early -- going to the doctor on Jan 8th -- sorry for the rambling on!! Any advice would be great!! Thanks again!!!

    So Bad!!!!

    Wow thank you all soooo much!!!! You have all gave me the inspiration to move forward---put this in the past and get on with it!!! I will start my tracking tomorrow and my friends and I are starting kickboxing next week!!! Now I just have to plan a menu!! Does anyone have a good site to help plan healthy menus???

Name, real or screen~ Andrea Goal weight for December 29th~ 280 Weight on December 1st~ 287 Age~ 41 Dietary goal for December~ Limit my carbs and focus on Protein Exercise goal for December~ Get in the zone and exercise more!!! Personal goal for December~ To stay focused and realize this is a lifestyle change and not a diet!! Date banded~ Sept. 12, 2012 Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 40 pounds!     Do you guys snack or just focus on your 3 meals a day? I find myself always wanting to snack...Mis73 you are down about 168 right? How did you lose it so quickly in 10 months? Do you exercise as well?

    Do you count your carb intake as well? I am so afraid to eat things with carbs in them. I do not eat Rice, Pasta or bread. But for instance my sugar free pudding has 15 carbs in it....is that ok???

    I don't know what to eat !!! I am starting solids this week and I keep hearing eat a cup of food ...does that mean protein and veggies should add up to a cup? Should it be a 1/2 cup each? I need some ideas what to eat...I am so confused

    Pumpkin Mousse

    Is this recipe ok for the band? I would think it would be... 2 small packages of sugar free fat free vanilla pudding, 2cups of fat free milk, 15oz can of pumpkin, 8oz tub of cool whip fat free, 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice...make pudding with 2 cups of FF milk and then fold in the rest of ingredients...then chill and enjoy!! It is so yummy
