Yes it's possible. You'll need to eat right, make sure you get lots of Protein, and exercise regularly. But you can do it!

I.can't wait to be 120 I'm 238 now and I feel excited I'm stalling but I not complain tellin myself it only been a month lost 32 pounds now the month of September hope to lose 20 or 15 the most wish me good luck.
Plus I box braid my hair blonde it came out nice

It has been 2.5 months since my surgery, and I couldn't care less about food. It is something I need, not look foward to. This fact doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I consider it GREAT collateral damage!
